For ceramics purchases, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order or you would like to cancel for a refund before your purchase has shipped, please use the contact page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the case of damaged items, cancellation requests, and other circumstances. If a refund is approved, you’ll receive confirmation from a customer service representative and be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
